  • Producer of WLG: Wellington, New Zealand Sydney’s first major ‘pop up' restaurant in September 2010, on behalf of Positively Wellington Tourism and in conjunction with leading Sydney PR agency, Hill & Knowlton: The brief – conceptualise and launch a fully operational, 120 seat restaurant over 14 nights to showcase wines, food and the leading bars and restaurants in the Wellington region.


  • Creator of the Cure Cancer Foundation Marathon Long Lunch held annually to raise funds for cancer research.


  • Catering provider for large scale Sydney Festival events including All Tomorrow’s Parties on Cockatoo Island for 17,000 concert goers in 2009 and AR Rahmen concert in Parramatta Park for up to 65,000 revelers in 2010
